Cancellation & Reschedule Policy

Standard cancellations

• Free cancellation up to 72 hours before your rental start time (full refund).

• Less than 72 hours: non-refundable.

• No-show: non-refundable.

Rescheduling due to severe weather

• If severe weather (e.g., red/orange warnings, storms, high winds, ice) makes riding unsafe, you may reschedule once to a new available date at no extra cost.

• Reschedule requests must be sent before your rental start time via WhatsApp or email.

• “Light rain” or typical Brussels drizzle is not considered severe weather.

How to cancel or reschedule

• Contact us via Phone or WhatsApp +32 4 919 844 90.

• Refunds (when applicable) are issued to the original payment method.

Timing & timezone

• All times are in Europe/Brussels (CET/CEST). The 72-hour window is calculated to the minute from your scheduled start.

Late returns & early returns

• Returning early does not qualify for partial refunds.

• Late returns incur €10 per 30 minutes (see Terms & Conditions).

Mmulti-day bookings

• The above rules apply per booking. Multi-day rentals follow the same 72-hour policy from the first start time.

Operator changes

• BuBu Bikes may cancel or reschedule in rare cases (e.g., safety or maintenance). If we cancel, you may choose a full refund or a free reschedule.
