2. Pick up at Druum — Use your key-box code to collect the key at the building entrance of DRUUM.

3. Ride & return — Lock at Druum and drop the key back in the box.

How do I book a bike?

You can book directly through our website. Select a bike, choose a half-day or full-day slot, pay securely online, and you’ll receive confirmation with all pickup instructions.

How do I pick up the bike?

You’ll receive a key-box code in your confirmation email. Bikes are located at Druum’s entrance. Use the code to collect the key, unlock your bike, and start your ride!

Where do I return the bike?

Return the bike to the same spot at Druum, lock it securely, and drop the key back into the key box before your rental period ends.

A late fee of €10 per 30 minutes applies.
Please return the bike on time so other guests can enjoy their ride.

What happens if I return the bike late?

What if I need to cancel my booking?

More than 72 hours before: full refund.
Less than 72 hours: no refund.
No-shows: no refund.

What if it rains?

We ride rain or shine in Brussels! 🌧️ However, if severe weather makes cycling unsafe, you can reschedule once free of charge (subject to availability).

Do I have to wear a helmet?

Helmets are optional but highly recommended. You can request one when you book.

What if the bike is stolen or damaged?

You are responsible for the bike during your rental.
If the bike is lost or stolen, you will be charged the replacement cost (€1,200).
Locks (€50) and helmets (€30) are also chargeable if lost.
Damage will be billed at repair cost, up to replacement value.
